the light shines on your smiling face
making a glow that cannot be erased
but behind that smile lies the truth
it’s the heart of someone that is confused

oh light that glows so bright
come down from the place in which you lie
and bring us something that is true
and stop masking the heart of one confused

When night falls we lose our way
the masks come off and we beging to play
exploring the shapes our bodies can take
and learning exactly what we can make

oh night what a relief
from the masks that we hide beneath

New Years Resolutions – Weight Loss 4-Idiots Revealed

As we bring in the New Year, we all have one thing in common we all make a Resolution. Whether it be to get a promotion at work or to lose those unwanted pounds, we all enter into this pact with a positive attitude.

For most of us, we know how this will end because it ends the same year after year. For the lucky few of you out there that will have you New Years Resolution come true, I would like to be the first to congratulate you on a job well done. You are the few that have found the secret to taking your life into your own hands.

What is your New Years Resolution?

My Resolution this year is the same as it has been for the past 3 years, that is to lose weight and become fit. Year after year I enter into this pact with they New Year with positive thoughts in my head, only to be let down and become discouraged when I find nothing that works. I have wasted money on low calorie diets, low carb diets, and work out books. In the end I come out with not results and a lighter wallet, but not this year.

On My Way!

This year, I will finally be able to make my Resolution come true. I have lost 55 lbs thus far in only 90 days, that’s right in only 90 days. I have employed the methods that I have wrote about here in this article. If you are looking to lose weight, then take it from someone that has employed these methods and came away with real results!

For those of you who have just bought a Wii, I congratulate you on having one of the most innovative and enjoyable gaming system on the market today.

I would also like to congratulate you on joining an elite group of people who become at some point if not already extremely disappointed.  I am not talking about being disappointed with the gaming system itself I am talking about becoming disappointed when leaving game store after game store empty handed.  All this is due to the popularity of this gaming system known as the Nintendo Wii!

Imagine this:  It is around 5pm and you are just getting off of work, you decide that you have nothing going on tonight so you think to yourself, I am going to go buy or rent a video game.  You go to the first store, they are out of the game that you want so you leave empty handed and on to the next store.  You get to the next store go in, but they are also out of the game that you are looking for.  This happens repeatedly until it is 8 or 9pm and all of the stores are closed and you have just wasted 4 hours on trying to find one video game!

Does this sound familiar?  I know it does to me!

I know, you are wondering what the point of that story was, right?

Well, now imagine this:  It’s around 5pm and you are just getting off of work and heading home.  You get home and flip on the T.V. there is nothing any good on tonight so you decided to turn on your Wii and play a game, but then you realize that you are bored of your games and you want a new one.  Instead of doing like the guy in the above story, and becoming disappointed, you just walk on over to your computer and get on the Internet and download the latest game that you have been wanting.  Do a quick and easy conversion and then “BOOM” you are ready to plug it into your Wii and play!

Now you tell me, does this sound better?  I know it did for me!
